Years ago someone posted a question "what to do if you fall in love with a provider" I said to go home, run a cold shower, get in the shower and close the curtain, put a gun in your mouth and pull the trigger, it will save a lot of time. My account disappeared quickly after that.

I have to laugh at this old setup and the fact its from 2009 says a lot about the color coding running its course and the site.

He is a pimp first and site owner second always was. What she needs to do is go visit him I'm sure he could solve her problems first hand.
