Other boards are set up so you can look at for new threads/posts or even new responses to your posts/threads

2. Select "Edit Options"

3. Go to "Messages and Notifications" box

4. Go to "Default Thread Subscription Mode"

5. Hit the arrow and make your selection.

I dont use the email I have associated with this name...I dont give that out... so this isnt a solution, and I was looking for why a huge board like eccie isnt as modern as a board run by one guy, which is where I copied that stuff in the 1st post
