It was the wee hours of the 18th of January when the USS Wisconsin opened the "shock and awe" part of the First Gulf War. Some of you can bellyache about the purposes of the Second Gulf War but the First War was for a noble purpose. You should at least remember the day. I waited all day and nothing.
