I would say at least offer 5-10 reduced review rates. And those rates should be at least 10% below what other providers are charging. After that the provider can increase the price to her liking and see if that works for her.

Can you blame them?

Going rate is average 250...plenty of girls pulling 3...and they know a good number of the guys rotate around among the girls.

If they perform at that rate they will get good reviews and be able to stay there. I don't really like it either but I can see why it happens.

250 is average for an HR for a really good provider with msog and plenty of good reviews. Id say average HHR is about 175. So for a newbie provider charging 200hhr, seems to much to start with.

Right. For a girl active here, without drama or lots of no reviews etc. obviously not for a BP girl or a SW.

Like I said I don't agree with it either but a lot of new girls are gonna see about half the girls here are at 2, half are at 3...plenty of guys will be interested in the newest toy.

Look I'm a millennial too. I know how my generation is about paying dues. We ain't really about that...but the market always wins. A girl who charges like she's a vet will either prove her worth, drop her prices quick so she can eat, or she will move on. Step up or step the fuck off, as they say. Charge what you want, but you gotta be worth it.

I see it this way, it's her right to charge what she wants and it's your right to pay it or move on. But I do agree 2 bills for a HH is a little steep, might as well do a full hour for the extra bill.

In my case, what a provider, new or experienced charges, is only one factor.
Others are, in no particular order of priority, attitude, playfulness, looks, character, sense of humor, self-respect and sex appeal, the latter being a subjective thing different for each of us, thank goodness!
Everyone has their own set of priorities!
Basically clients are paying for entertainment - successful providers realize that and provide it. They often are great actresses!
So in the end - you get what you pay for!
