Well, since it has been established that Louigi is Deputy Barney Fife. An agency can manage and instruct Providers, but that's not the same as a pimp. A pimp has ultimate control of a Provider, something I don't and never would want to have. Pimps use force and coercion, something I would never condone. Pimps often resort to feeding girl's addictions (various kinds), and I don't touch anything beyond liquor, not even cigarettes.

I'm a Gringo whom speaks what I call South Texas Tex Mex Gringo Lingo Spanish. I know lots of words in Spanish & can speak Spanish in short phrases. But I don't have the ability to speak coherent Spanish in complete sentences. Hence I use lots of English mixed with a little bit of Spanish. I know enough Spanish to get my ass kicked if I were to cuss at a Mexicano Dude & I can sweet talk/romance Mexicana chicas with my limited Spanish. My buddy Captain1962 is pretty much fluent in Spanish, he worked down in Mexico for 10 years as a Boat Captain in the Oil & Gas Industry.

I need to learn more Spanish. I think it's the only thing stopping me from taking trips to the valley. Chuparme la Polla only gets me so far. But I usually start of with Hola Muay Guapa or Muay Bonita before I tell them what I want.
