If you want to work for Uber or Lyft for extra money or that is what you want to do full time, it is none of anyone else's business. You do not need to ask for provider approval, if they happen call a service you happen to work for and you happen to be the one to pick one up to drive them to an outcall, say nothing to her, it is none of your business why she called you nor is it any of her business that you are a hobbyist, even tho you know since you may recognize her by her pics. However, the problem is, if you have seen the same provider BCD in the past, it would be really awkward!

Guys wanting to make a few extra bucks, off of the backs of sex workers, isn't anything new. And sometimes, I'm sure the intent is good. Just another way to make a few bucks.

But the days of females needing a "body guard" or a driver are long gone. Most females have their own cars or know how to rent one (Budget is good!) for a few hundred per week.

It's an outdated concept which is why you're getting such negative input.

Besides, one of my dearest friends uses Uber a lot to go to appointments. I feel that if I were to ask her, if she cared whether or not the driver "knew" her, I would think that she would prefer that they NOT.

This is a very private business of ours. Sharing any information, especially with those that we do not know very well, isn't a wise idea.

Just my thoughts on it.

Definitely a bad idea. Keep your hobby and personal lives separate. Crossing boundaries is seldom a good idea.

Ladies- Thank you all for your input! That is why I posed the question. I do tend to live in OFS (old fart syndrome) sometimes. lol. I would not want to mess up the opportunity to see one of you (as most are on my TDL) by driving you somewhere for $50. Thanks again.
