Life happens & things come up that prevent planned meetings; sometimes it's just unavoidable. I've had to cancel, too. It only becomes a problem when canceling turns into the norm, rather than the exception.

I had something planned for you that was a lot better than Sonny.

I know this is completely off point but I got his bill the other day, $100,000 for jaw surgery. This is stupid, there is no way it should cost that much for anything less than heart or brain surgery.
