Why do we defend or apologize for her behavior. That is what most teenagers do?? She is in an adult business and truly a service business at that. Selling her time to guys who want to hang out. She and all need to learn and remember this is all about customer satisfaction.
So many choices that bad attitudes and lack of communication dont need to be tolerated regardless of age or how hot they think they are. More than anyting else this is a true service opportunity.

Mmmm, I wouldn't say I got huffy or was close to unprofessional at all. I know how this works. I just called on basic accountability and then said nevermind because I like girls I can rely on, and she went on a nasty, uncalled-for, unprofessional tirade that would definitely make the PC crowd blush and insulted us in general. All she had to say is "my bad and later." For the record, I did not retaliate after that nasty remark, just put it out there that y'all should know what you're dealing with.
