Default multiple links on one email

Ok I will be the first to admit that I am not computer savvy. Does anyone know how to copy and paste multiple links on a single email? For instance, when I have to provide multiple references to a provider I can post one but when I transition to another providers profile to copy the link, I lose the email I was originally working on. Do I need to save the email before I transition?

Thanks. I thought there might be a specific way to accomplish it without opening multiple pages, but I guess that's the way to go. Thanks again.
