Having your contract terminated for cause is being fired. Having it fulfilled is not being fired. Beckels was fired.

The contractor may not want you to build any more houses for them because the development is complete. If the contractors is told mid job to leave the site then he's fired.

Palin will still be on Fox AND Palin's contract wasn't renewed before...but she's was still on Fox.
