Bigkotex's silence is deafening. Strange how he will go out on a limb to predict the election of a foreign nation but not predict the disposition of this important issue for his former hand picked selection for President of the United States in 2008 and 2016!

That is correct; Hillary didn't want Congressional oversight and sought to conceal her emails.

That my friends, is a violation of law. A felony. In fact, multiple felonies. One for each document she withheld from FOIA requests and congressional investigators.
