That might work for some ladies, but personally when I come I get very tight - like, squirting/pushing an object out of me tight. This technique wouldn't work for me.
I'd rather be teased and have the sexual energy ramped up until I can't take it anymore and am begging for release, rather than a bunch of smaller orgasms - I don't like the feeling of overstimulation.
That's just me, though
