unpublished provider phone numbers

This is the first time encountering this issue but a provider who does not have p411 (I have 23 provider okays) has asked me for references.

So I sent her my past three provider with links to their eccie profile and told her to contact them and verify me with my hobby telephone number.

She says she would like their contact info, do I just give her their phone numbers? Or are provider numbers guarded information.

I would appreciate your advice on the matter.

ONLY GIVE YOUR PROSPECTIVE PROVIDER THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR REFERENCES THAT THEY MAKE PUBLIC (whether on eccie showcase, profile, ads, website, BP ads, etc).
DO NOT GIVE OUT INFO (INCLUDING PH#, EMAIL ADDRESSES, SKYPE ACCTS, ETC.) THAT YOUR REFERENCE HAS GIVEN TO YOU IN PRIVATE (during screening, emails, texts, etc).

and yes, i was "shouting" because keeping discreet and private any information obtained from a provider is paramount!!!!!!

disclose it w/out an okay from your reference and you may find out she is your ex-reference.

To reiterate one thing that pmdelites said: Make sure the information is something that SHE has published in an ad or a profile. Don't use reviews -- sometimes a guy will slip up and put a phone number or email address in that shouldn't be there.

If her number isn't published on her ads or showcase then don't give it out. Providers should always check their references via pm anyway, regardless. That way you know you are getting ahold of the provider through an account she has control of.

And unless the number is published in her ads and showcase, a guy could be giving you his friend's number and telling her to give you the thumbs (impersonating the provider) and you would be none the wiser until you end up robbed, raped or dead. If you contact by phone or text without being able to confirm who the number really belongs to them a pm is ALWAYS best.

Unless I know the lady well enough to know her number privately, always ask providers who text me to pm me for their reference. It may be a pain in the ass for a few extra minutes but it is much safer for everyone if we do it that way.

Describe the references' taints in detail, that always works.

Ask the provider you have seen if she minds providing references.
Ask her how another provider should contact her and how long she should expect before she respond.
Provide that information to the provider you wish to see. Nothing else pertaining to providers you have seen in the past

If the number is unpublished, dont give it to anybody, unless the provider told you it was ok. Its a simple matter of respect for her privacy.

If the girl you want to see wont see you because you don't give the numbers, wish her good luck and say goodbye.

Dont use your little head to think about matters like this. Use the big head, the answer should become obvious.

I am VERY reference friendly. Many ladies can attest to the fact that during the day, sometimes they'll get a response back within 5 to 10 minutes.

Having said that... if I am not expecting a call, I do not answer my phone. I don't give my number out unless you're coming over to see me and I expect it not be given out. If a lady that I haven't personally given my number to (there are a few) calls me for a reference.... she's not going to get a response. As it stands now, I'm having to change my number soon due to a well meaning gent giving my number to the WRONG lady.

Thankfully, my clients have been respectful of my number being private until screening is complete.
I don't publish it for a reason.

If I have contacted a provider previously for a reference via her number being published, and she contacts me later for a reference, then that is fine....however, if a provider contacts me out of the blue via phone for a reference then there is going to be a problem with me and that client and I will not verify him for her.

He's done gone and crossed a line. You just don't give out private information that I do my best to keep private until screening has been completed or I have decided to use my number to contact a provider with first.
