Thats really scary, and sad.
And yet ANOTHER reason why most girls dont stay in Odessa
and even more men dont want to go there to play. Its dangerous
in general in West Texas, but Odessa is Definitely worse IMO.

Id say a smart guess is "yes", but who knows.
