I made the appointment six hours in advance for an incall. An hour ahead of it, I contact her for directions. She hadn't made the hotel reservation because she thought I would for some reason. So I agreed to outcall. Fifteen minutes after the appointment time, with no response to calls or texts, I gave up and cancelled. Outcall, with one exception ever, always ends with me stood up or, in one case, ripped off.
