He can't "get on it."
His Obamacare grant expired and besides it's not on the list of approved meds for coverage, because his mental condition as manifested by his behavior is diagnosed as "normal" for whining liberals who are rapidly loosing their strangle hold on the White House. The Great Experiment is almost over.
Perhaps he can pick up a "coupon" for a discount at Nau's Drug Store outside of Clarksville. Or a trial prescription for effectiveness.
