Okay reading up on OP's Obama care paying for three tits I found that there is nothing stating Obamacare paid for it and it is hoax anyway.
Now for the transgender one I can see that its uncomfortable at best to think you are helping pay for them. I see it as cosmetic but I guess some don't so I am on the fence about it. I will say that just as Hobby Lobby has the right to dictate what is not paid for. I guess others have the right to say what is payed for by a certain policy. I don't think all policies offer that kind of coverage I assume you would have to buy a more expensive one.
