Hotels preferences

So I always wonder just how much you guys really care about star rating on the hotels that providers use. I personally like to stick to 3 star and above for my incall location.
I always find worried about what the client will think if it is anything other than that. But you know sometimes there are circumstances in situations where is three to four star hotel is not attainable.
So tell me how much do you guys really care?

Packaging and presentation do matter. A nicer hotel enhances the perception of value. Everyone is influenced by such things to some degree, it's basic human psychology.

It's analogous to a $300/hr attorney seeing clients out of a poorly decorated, low rent strip center office versus that same $300/hr attorney seeing clients out of a tastefully appointed more upscale office building. The perception of value will be greater for the latter even though the same work is being done and the same attorney is doing the work. Also, the atmosphere is more conducive to attracting and retaining a higher end clientele.

I'm more concerned with location and ease over Stars. Ideally I can park for free, close to the building, out of site from busy streets, and walk in without any obstacles. As long as it's clean and has a nice bathroom with fresh towels, and a bed that doesn't squeak, I'm good. The three nicest in calls I've been to were all a pain in the ass to park and get in.

It matters....if I'm in a coat and tie from work I don't want to have to change to go in....I also don't want to look out of place. I'm sure it's just me but the entire experience to even arriving early sometimes and having a glass of wine just enhances things for me. I like an upscale experience as opposed to drug deals happening in the parking lot. I also like private incalls a lot.
