Just south of Dusseldorf (not sure how far south, but near) is a suburb called Benrath where Dolce Vita FKK is located. I've been a few times and liked it. Located in an old house in an industrial area. It has been a few years, but I think it is still in operation. Benrath is a great town too and on the train line to Dusseldorf as well as on the Rhein river.
