To sum up what Odumbo said:

2012 - It was MY decision not to leave any residual US troops in Iraq. So I deserve all the credit for ending the war.

2014 - It was al-Malaki's decision not to accept any residual US troops in Iraq. So he deserves all the blame for today's mess.

Wow, that's pretty brazen. Odumbo is caught again in a blatant lie. Claim all credit, deflect all blame - that's how he rolls. Doesn't work too well when you try to take credit and then deflect blame for the same fucking thing.
