Did Perry send you "the memo" ...
..... or are you just blowing shit out your ass, again?
And you call me an idiot.
You have the same intellectual military expertise as Your President.
Zero.

Part of the nice playing between politicians. The federal government decided that border control was a federal problem when they sued Arizona. So everyone waited for the federal government to do their job when anyone could see that it was never going to happen. They want to be nice and reasonable so they let this play out, people died, our country is invaded and now Perry issues an order for the Guard....which will arrive in about 30 days! The only state official really doing the job is Jan Brewer of Arizona.

TRIGGERS THAT REQUIRE A GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO TAKE ACTION General contractors are required to actively investigate whether its subcontractor's employees are eligible to work, if the following events occur:
- ICE Investigation of contractor or subcontractor;
- Credible tip that subcontractor is employing illegal immigrants;
- Credible tip that a specific employee is not authorized to work;
- Employee requests immigration sponsorship; or
- Identity theft accusations regarding an employee.
Hey WTF, I'm pretty sure by your statements that you know your subcontractors are hiring illegals. Subcontracting has a higher standard,shown above, than an arm's length commercial transaction by a consumer..but you fucking know that, don't you?
BTW, here's a credible tip - your subs are hiring illegals!!!
According to the 1986 federal immigration law, contractors can be held responsible for hiring a subcontracted employee "knowing that the alien is an unauthorized alien."

He equates me buying dinner at a restaurant to him making 10's of thousands, if not 100's of thousands of dollars off illegal labor from illegal immigrants. Laughable, if it weren't so sad. Now he wants to start walking back from the construction business!!! No wonder he voted Obaminable, 2x's.

I'm pretty sure you can not read. I am not a General Contractor.
I buy the land. I design the home. I then have General Contractors bid on the construction of that home.
At no point in time do I fall into the scenario you have described.
But I do appreciate you effort.
A legal mind like yours would be who I'd hire if I wanted to go to jail. The University of Phoenix should be proud of it's most racist grad!

Just because you do not have the balls to do anything but eat at a restaurant , there is no need to be jealous of those of us that work our ass off trying to generate a profit.
You seem to never mention the late great Bob Perry ....who donated more to the GOP off the profits of his homebuilding business. Why is that?

You are the GC, the "GC" below you is technically a sub, who employs other subs. You're on the hook, and you willfully ignore the illegal activity you induce.

... jealous of those of us that work our ass off trying to generate a profit. Does your ass fall off from looking for the land to buy, designing the home, or putting out the bids? And I think you said you did only one a year?
You seem to never mention the late great Bob Perry ....who donated more to the GOP off the profits of his homebuilding business. Why is that? I don't want to know his handle, but does he get on here and blow shit out of his mouth like he knows WTF he's talking about, like you do? Yes or No will suffice. If "yes," then I didn't know he doesn't check his subs (and you don't either, I'm sure. If "no," then he is irrelevant to the discussion. Your hypocrisy is the subject matter.

Speaking of lazy asses and eating out, you have me beat by a mile in the lazy-ass eating-out department, hands down. You spend too much time at Barnes and Noble to buy shit to cook at home, and then to cook and clean up afterwards. Or do you task your covey of Bimbos for that function? I bet they just love to spoil a genius like you.

LL, I'm not the GC, I hire folks like a Bob Perry to build a house for me....that I resale. Hopefully for a profit. But I will say that I do agree with Bob Perry on this issue. That is why I am not the hypocrite. I'm not griping about illegals while eating a cheap meal served by illegals!

From Bob Perry:
Neither the immigrants here today nor those we will need in the future should have to live in the shadows. These are good people with good values doing work that we need done, reaching for the American Dream and helping make it a reality for all. As we value the work, let us value the worker – and let's fix the law so that it serves all Americans.
