Kudos to you Brittney. When a provider tells me they are going to "make it up to me" my question would be how? Does she think by rescheduling that somehow makes it up for wasting my time, money and the hassle of navigating traffic.
Don't insult my intelligence by even saying that unless you intend to give me a discount, extra time or something special on the menu. I don't expect that, and I may reschedule anyway, but that just means we are back to square one.
