Confused about safety

I've seen reviews here with BBBJCIMNQNS quite a few times. My question is, how safe is that for both parties? I've always understood that everything should be covered to avoid STD's. Y'all know something I don't? Or is there a lot of exaggeration going on?

Both parties run the risk of catching something like chlamydia or hepatitis and other diseases that can be transmitted through saliva or sperm but thats a personal choice/risk that some of us choose to take or not........

For most men, BBBJ is a must have. For most women on BP, CBJ is a must.

We each take risks in the hobby. If you don't want risks, avoid sex with another person.

The fact is that oral sex poses a very low risk (however risk does exist) for all Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) to include HIV.
