Bad idea. WK's won't be able to help themselves from trying to get brownie points. And it's going to turn into drama when some girls get their feelings hurt, and some girls develop a bad case of GPS based on who does and doesn't get recognized.

There's no way in hell a contest for "girl of the month" won't be biased. Just look at the first few posts.

The ONLY way it can NOT be biased is to have the staff themselves pick a winner based on a scoring system of categories.

10 categories, 1-5 points based on a wide variety of things. Girl with the most points wins. No outside influence, no biased voting, no vote stacking (you think the girls won't try to sway the voters? HA!)

Ok back to business, yes probably right just let staff handle it and move on, It would have been nice for some girls that wasn't getting as much recognition.
