My prime time is between 10am - 3pm. Then late lunch, nap and wine time…..then I catch my second wind between 7pm - 10pm (but I usually exercise/play sports in the evening).

I get up at 6:30 am every morning. So anytime between 8 am-9 pm is good for me. (granted I am not busy with Real World Business)

I start losing steam around 9:30 pm, so if I am not already out and about, it's hard for me to get geared up to meet someone after 10 pm. By then, I'm trying to climb up on my cloud and float off into dreamland. LOL

I gotta hobby during the daytime and I'm at my best before noon. I've had a session as early as 8AM once.

But, that's just me.
