So?
BTW .. is the "individual market old system" a new term in the industry ..
or is that part of the new talking-points mantra of the Believers?
I personally know of an "example" of someone (very close) who claimed to be unable to obtain coverage with a "pre-existing condition" .....and another who did get coverage with "pre-existing CONDITIONS" ....
....BEFORE the "individual market old system" was thwarted with Executive Orders and assaulted by this horrendously unnecessary law.
The latter gave the former a list of carriers to contact OFF A WEBSITE THAT WORKED .... ....BEFORE the "individual market old system" was thwarted with Executive Orders and assaulted by this horrendously unnecessary law with an UNWORKABLE WEBSITE.
FYI: Group policies acquired through employment (or elsewhere) accepted "pre-existing conditions"!
May be if the same effort were expended on creating REAL JOBS instead of moving one step closer to "nationalized" medicine, then those who finally got a REAL JOB would be able to support themselves and get off the government tit, AND GET HEALTH INSURANCE COVERING A "PRE-EXISTING CONDITION"!
What a novel idea. Huh? People having jobs. People getting jobs. And wanting jobs!
Trying to justify this debacle AFTER IT IS PASSED is "Nancy's Plan" ... because she didn't know what it said when she rammed it down everyone's throat .. for two reasons ... one .. it didn't make a shit to her as long as California got bailed out of its "over-generous" retirement plan fundings .. two .. the Executive Orders and Agency Exemptions had not all been written and executed.
That's like the bullshit about it costing jobs and people actually claiming that is a good thing because people in this country work too much anyway and they need the rest!
Do you remember Obaminable proclaiming it would "create" jobs? Really?
2. you can keep your insurance if you like it.
3. you can keep your physicians if you like them!
Psst .. if a government "program" causes carriers to cancel policies and thereby leaving a citizen with "PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS" with no coverage, then don't you think the government "program" ought to provide that the citizen would be able to acquire replacement coverage for the "PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS" that were covered in the first place? (Check the Constitution of the United States and its amendments)

LL's response:
"That is an untrue statement."
It still is!
Roughly a third (actually slightly more) of the U.S. population have "high blood sugar" .. which means about 100 million people. "High cholesterol" goes hand-in-hand with "high blood sugar"~! As for autistic children roughly 1 out of 70 children are diagnosed as "autistic" .. and of those a substantial number have "normal" ranges of functional intelligence and activities or better. Check the CDC.
I mean if you want to know how well they function .. just look at YR! Other than believing the ENFIELD DRUG is in Clarksville, and having spurts of vulgarity ... he at least knows how to log on.
