Now we get to the meat. Duck butter, are you a believer in man-made global warming? You see, sun spot activity is down and so are the rising temperatures on the planet. Do you think that they are related? Sun activity down, global temperatures down (stable).

Of course the sun could start back up tomorrow and it would take a decade to harden just some of our electrical grid or more than the term of one president. So this is non-partisan. If a Carrington Event occurred who are the democrats going to run to (we all know who this bunch is going to blame)?

No, I'm not a subscriber to AGW theory. At least not yet. The alarmist models rely too much on CO2 as a climate driver. And yes there is a correlation between sunspot activity and climate, among many other factors. Perhaps more importantly, we have much more to fear from a global ice age than even the most drastic of warming model predictions.
