It might be a good idea if the Mods. put up a "new-and-improved" sticky letting people know what is required for PA. The most recent sticky in the Review section is Stick's from last May, which doesn't say anything about a specific date, just contact info., rates & services provided. If we need to put a specific date rather than "mid-March" for PA credit, please let everyone who's writing a review know that.
I re-read Kosher Cowboy's sample reviews, and the one that wasn't good enough for credit said "January 2006" not a specific date, like the other samples: but he also doesn't point out the date as a problem, just that it must have been w/in the last 30 days.
