Ok guys, I'm looking for my new office in Greenville area... a few shouts from folks that way is appreciated.

It the very near future I will be moving my office. It's kind of a jolt really. I know you guys have NOBODY out here with my specific skill set, but that doesn't mean there's a market. I've posted this before with little response. I don't know if that's because no one saw it or there is literally no one out here. It's not usually wise to move into a market, one knows nothing about. However, I am confident my abilities will be enough. Please shoot me a note here or in PM with any properties that are available to rent. I'm real low maintenance. Most providers are. We are quiet and keep to ourselves, and usually do our own property upkeep (unless it's an apt).

The way I figure it... being in Mckinney, it takes most people about 30-45 min to get to me anyway. Same difference, it's just East instead of North.

I just can't believe it's this difficult to find an office out there. Anyone that has suggestions is very much appreciated. Remember... Providers are excellent renters. We are quiet, keep to ourselves, pay our rent on time and we don't complain.... ever. It would be nice to find a house but apartments are good too. The soliarum (sp?) is out of the question. The only unit they have is just across from the office. Ideas?

I'd PREFER an apt downstairs, one bedroom and in the back of the complex. There is an apt open in selerium but it's just across from the office, and there's one open at the other complex in Greenville but it's upstairs with 2 bedrooms. I looked at a house, but it's owned by a police officer and has a third of an acre to mow for 850 a month. They are deluded. Most other house rentals are either in a shitty part of town or over 1000 a month. Nope.

I have perfect rental history and the money is there but SHIT, there's NOTHING out here. I'm open to ALL suggestions.
