These three brave justices were appointed by a democratic president. Kagan and Sotomayor were appointed by Obama, Ginsburg by Clinton. Clarence Thomas, the justice who never speaks was appointed Bush 1.

I don't know why my fellow conservatives trust warrant-less searches; when the government comes to get them they will realize their mistake.

What does being an "originalist" have to do with this ruling? Breyer and Kennedy are most definitely not "originalists" and they voted in favor. I think COG needs to do a retraction. I'm not even sure if Roberts is considered an "originalist" any more.
