I will be traveling to Dubai next month and have questions regarding etiquette in that country.

1. When to negotiate? Where we meet or at outcall or incall location?
2. When and how to discuss services?
3. How to present the donation? Same as in the States?
4. For larger amounts / longer times (overnight), total donation up front?
5. What are the details about SP access to the hotel?
6. Anything else you can think of that's significantly different from the States.

Hey, If its your first trip to Dubai your in for a treat. So the biggest difference is that there are no real reliable sites such as this one. You kinda just wing it everywhere you go. Girls are very aggressive so you know early on which ones are approachable either by their advances or their glances. I usually invite them over to my table as to not be overheard talking. (Be aware, no blatant PDA.)
1, 2: Before leaving the restaurant/Bar, while sitting having a beer or cocktail. Services can be discussed at the same time. If terms are not met they will simply walk away and another girl will approach you. (It's an odd feeling but it's a free for all with providers there.)
3, 4: This varies by person, no real standard. Some prefer up front some after. All want to count so in hand is fine with them. I have yet to do overnight (I will in early Jan, so ill update this then)
5: Hotels are a bit tricky, each one has their own policy. They are upfront and vocal about it though. You can simply ask before booking. Below is a website that lists most of the SP friendly hotels. I haven't been to all but from my experience this list is accurate.
6: Most of the hotel clubs/Bars is where they congregate. The most popular that I can remember are Rattlesnake(not sure hotel name, Moscow Hotels (Red Square), and the bar at Metropolitan Diera. A few google searches should give you a few bars to try out. Some hotels will require your guest to register her passport. Most girls will have a reliable and inexpensive place they will default to if your unsure about taking them back to your place. Taxi drivers are very helpful and don't judge, plus they know where every demographic is located. Please feel free to ask. I'll be there in about a week, so I'm excited to say the least!

Hi bro, personally speaking, you'd better negotiate in the phone, beacuse if you can not meet an agreement on the rate, you can find another right now. It does not matter where you meet. Generally, outcall is a little bit more expensive than incall but outcall may be safer than incall.

OK so clearly ignore boynick as he is clearly advertising an escort service. If you pay for an escort service in Dubai over the phone you are getting the short end of the stick as you will pay much more and there are so many providers to choose from in local bars and clubs. Not to mention the fact that you can never guarantee who shows up at your door, better pick yourself in person!

Only reason I find for escort services is for people who don't want to be seen in those clubs and bars or who want something very "specific" and don't want to take a chance on shopping around.

I lived in Dubai as well as go there often, and the advice given by ausername is spot on. Always ask your hotel about the "guest" policy they have, they will tell you.

Also feel free to negotiate with the girls. They will always give you a high end price (usually inflated about 30 or 40%). Depending on how clean cut you are they will give you a discount as they prefer to spend the night with a good looking guy rather than a slob who will pay only slightly more. But if you have any expensive watch/jewelry, keep them home as they will make them push the price up.

Last time I was there a few weeks back the going full night (usually six hours) rate middle of the week was between 800 - 1500 AED and on the weekend its 1500 to 2000 AED. (compared to escort website prices which are 1500 - 2500 AED per hour!)

Last but not least, keep in mind its still technically "illegal". So when you pick them up you can discuss everything very openly, but once you start heading out of the club, you need to be careful. Just act like you are on a first date, that is the guideline to not offend anyone.
