Can OP read private tags?

I thought I remembered that the original poster of a thread can read private comments even if they don't have BCD access. From what I've seen recently I'm guessing that is no longer the case, but I'd like to verify this. Specifically, can a woman who starts a thread in the welcome wagon read the subsequent private comments?

The mods have stated in the past that the answer is "no."

It was that way on ASPD, but apparently not here.

No she can't. But her pimp/her can have a male profile with PA and he/she can! If you were contacted by pm about something you said in private, hit the RTM button the exclamation mark top right of pm, fill in info and send it to mods.
