Password help

I have my pw automatically set on my iPhone but changedit and later logged out on my PC. Sooooo...I can't remember the pw and need to know how to reset for both devices.

Blonde and not ashamed to admit it! ;-)

If you still know the password for the e-mail account on your eccie account, you can request a password reset and the system will generate a new password for you.

Be sure you know the password for your e-mail account, and which e-mail is associated with your account.

I forgot the email account that is on file, as well. When I signed up for Eccie, I wasn't using my usual account - I will try again :-)Thank you!

I don't think you can change the e-mail address without knowing your eccie password.

Do you know the password for the e-mail account listed for eccie? If not, you'll probably need manual help from the mods/admins.

Okay...after attempting to have my password reset info emailed to me - it won't come through to aol!!
I need to reset my pw ASAP and can not do it from the log in screen.

Mods PLEASE help!

By clicking on CP and then edit email and password the email account shows.
Doesn't help with the password though. Maybe seeing that will jog your memory?

I have an aol account and nothing comes through to my aol account from Eccie... :-/

I have tried several times...

Have you tried directly contacting websupport@eccie.net from email instead of going thru site? Also have you checked spam folder, it could be going there instead of inbox.
