Curious about rules concerning discussion of former handles

I think I know some of these rules, but just thought I'd check with management.

I gather it's not against the rules to publicly speculate that a person has multiple active handles.

I believe it IS against the rules to connect a current handle with one that has been guested. Would the same be true if the prior account had been disabled?

What about a banned member? Is it ok to publicly connect a current active profile to one that has been banned?

There are to many unknown variables in your scenarios above, so it is hard if not impossible to provide an answer that it is useful and responsible. May I suggest that if in doubt, and a bit complicated, run it by a couple of mods to see if there is anything to protect there?

I know. Hardly a satisfactory answer, but that is all that I can come up with after reading your post.
