Big surprise, Rand Paul, the Senator from Kentucky, has been accused of READING! Unfortunately he's been cutting and pasting what he reads and sees on his VHS machine into speeches and books.

These accusations have been going on for a week now, but oddly, none of our resident TeaWipers have chosen to weigh in. Either Paul is a total numbnuts, he believes so deeply In his own bullshit that he has no sense of propriety or is completely incapable of hiring or managing his staff.

It suspect it's all three.
