The first INT in the end zone was simply a horrible pass by Manziel. The second one, to which you were referring, was not a bad throw. It was tipped by the receiver or the defender and deflected into the waiting arms of a second defender. Simply bad luck.

One of the worst throws he made in the game I thought was the one where he escaped the clutches of 2 or 3 Bama players and threw the ball something like 40 yards on 3rd and 8 and somehow the A&M receiver caught it for a 1st down. Could have just as easily been intercepted. Low percentage throw.

BTW, I enjoy your predictions each week, right or wrong.

Sumlin would agree on that "hail mary" pass. he stated he told JohnnyBoy "don't do that", and he replied "it would have been the same as a punt". Seemed to impress Sumlin, who said "well, at least he was thinking about what he was doing"
