I have no idea whether or not the jewrish pissant is being sarcastic or not, but considering what Panera Bread charges for its food, he could afford to implement the above plan. Obviously, the CEO of Panera Bread hasn't been either in the kitchen or thought about nutrition for quite a while. OTOH, everyone knows that poor people have absolutely NO skills so they couldn't be bothered with things like thinking about how to stretch their SNAPs budget, could they?
