going to provider for modeling
Working on album covers and band shirts.now I wanted to use providers for this. The life style fits in to the music we play. Knowing modeling is legal how do I set it up
So if I walk in to a bad situation how do I avoid conviction for doing something legal. And secondly I've got ideas for videos music and just footage of things for DVDs for the band. What if it was involving xxx parts how do I legally hire women for these parts .
In advance thanks for the help.

Legal minds will say more but I don't think you have an issue, if you're not discussing pay for play. I'd be more concerned with getting the paperwork right so that you own the content you are going to sell.
By xxx parts do you mean explicit sexual video, or simpler full spread nudity? I'd like to hear from someone exactly what is required to do the former legitimately. I've been told that while it is illegal to pay for someone to have sex with you, it is not illegal to pay someone to have sex with someone else. Not at all sure, probably varies by state.

Not sure but maybe the band looking for the bass player or something. Camera finds him getting laid or something like that the band finds him gets pissed because it's time to play drags his ass out of room then goes into some live footage. Stupid funny scenes like that.. a few would have porn but not the whole scene.

Modeling is very different from video
Be careful. Modeling is generally legal, i.e. most think of it as a single person posing, the video you describe sounds like porn, which isn't legal to produce in many jurisdictions even with completion of the proper paperwork 2257's, medical screening for participants, etc.
Escorts generally make too much to bother 'modeling' unless they are getting pics to use for their business.
*disclaimer - not a lawyer, I just read alot... ;-)

I think the whole post I quoted above is right on: getting the sex trade involved is too much of a headache, sort of like if Junior wanted to sell beer at his lemonade stand. Now he has to have a permit, a license, check IDs, and wait a lot longer to make his money back.
Models are divas too, but finding the open minded one for your project could be most fun.

Record keeping for 2257 is such a headache (mostly the requirement to be available for inspection at least 20 hrs a week) that it's not worth it unless you want to do it full time. According to 2257 any explicit photos/videos are assumed to be child porn unless you have IDs on file to prove they're not. Doesn't matter if the models/actors are obviously in their 50s. It's child porn if you don't have the papers.

Never use a studio as a front for prostitution!!
If you hire her to perform sex acts and you are part of the porn tape, you are committing an offense engaging in prostitution. If you are planning to sell these things, the court will say you are in commercial activity or attempting commercial activity. Anytime you use a business front, the court will label you as engaging in commercial activities.
It is only legal in CA and NH to make porn and pay the actors provided that it is not for your sexual gratification. You cannot pay the actor and you be part of the scene. In other states you cannot pay the actors for porn because there is no case law legalizing such operation.
Once of the ob that can include sexual activities and can be legal is social companionship ( for example escort service with dinner dates, movies, etc. or sugar dating) Any other job is criminal; massage, modeling, psychological treatment, stripping, etc. The court will say that it is paying for commercial sex.
The judges have to give you the right to certain prostitution before you can engage in it. The judges through the years have given citizens the right to certain prostitution; porn making (only in CA and NH), social companionship, mistress-lovers (sugar baby and sugar baby), marriage, and cohabitation agreement. If the judges have not giving you the right, don't engage in it. It is criminal.
The judges are the captain of the ship and he determines what types of prostitution you can engage in. US Citizens are vessel under 18 USC Sec. 9 and the judges are the captains. The judges are ruling over a fleet (US Citizens) of ships by the color of law.
Read the case law State v. DeMagistris 714 A.2d 567. The court must prove commercial activity to have jurisdiction over a sex act between consenting adults. At that time, Rhode Island did not have the statutes that prohibit indoor prostitution so they cannot stick the charge. The judge did not gain the sketch from the state legislator for him to color the law. So the standard is commercial activities or attempting commercial activities to get the charge stick.
If you using a modeling studio as a front for prostitution, then you are engaging in an criminal enterprise because commercial activities is involved. This can make you eligible for a felony charge. Never hire an model or an escort to engage in sex act as part of the modeling fee.
After you hire them and the job is over for the day, you can offer a gift for private dates (social companionship). The date should be outside your studio or place of modeling. If they want to go on a date with you, it is personal preference between consenting adults and have nothing to do with the modeling.
If you have a girlfriend or a wife and you do it over the internet to make amateur porn, and there is an agreement for royalties or profit sharing, it may be legal. If someone is pay a fee to engage in the act and you are engaging in the sex act in porn, it is a crime. It is legal in CA and NH to pay actors but you are not allowed to engage in the porn act.
"Admiralty jurisdiction, color of law, gold fringe flags, new world order conspiracy, secret societies in the legal system, hidden case laws, etc. are to the hobbyists benefit provided that they know the system. As a hobbyist, it is important to not oppose these systems but to support it because there are hobbying loop holes in these system. The common sovereign citizens are too dumb to use these things to their advantage. They go against the grain and don't know how to play the legal game.” -Frontman667
