I see that their is a 19 year old on the provider ads. I thought that anything under 21 was "illegal"...or am I wrong?

Age of consent in NE is 19 yrs old, so the young lady is legal to be an escort.

Myself, I would avoid someone that young unless you had positive proof that she's 19 or older. I doubt she would show you her real ID though.

The age of consent for sexual activity in Nebraska is actually 17. (Section 28-805 of the Nebraska Code) Nebraska also does not have an age difference exemption, nor does it provide the ability to use a mistake of age defense.

The age of majority in Nebraska is 19 which is different than the age of consent.
