Plans are jelling for the intended July event.

Not exactly concrete as yet, but, v-e-r-y close. If we slip into August, there's a contingency for that, too.

At this juncture, to preserve a semblance of seurity, let's not talk about dates or venues.

We can talk about how the event will come together and how we will act like civilians.

Just another group of folks who get together for a lunch or a happy hour, right!

Everyone who has posted in this thread either has or will receive a pm or em (or both?) with a further outline. I've already sent a message to gents who need vouches.

I don't expect a huge group, certainly not more than 2 or 3 dozen people, but we will have a very friendly venue. Good food, inexpensive drinks, definitely enough space to contain us and offer a modicum of privacy. Not total privacy and we will be in a public venue.

My experience is that if we all act properly (save any sexy action or clothing for an after party) we will look proper although maybe not exactly prim.

The long time established invite protocol for any (and every) events organized and hosted by ck1942:

Gents, to protect your personal security I ask that you contact the ladies and have them directly send me a vouch that says:

-- the provider knows you to be a legit hobbyist who respects her rules and that she believes will respect the event rules (link in my signature),

-- she is vouching for session(s) from within the past 90 days.

I ask the hobbyist to let me know he is seeking an invite and, preferably, let me know who is going to vouch for him so I can watch for the incoming vouch.

There is a separate and equal vouching process for the providers.

All vouches must be from established providers and established hobbyists.

Vouching usually closes at least 48 hours before an event.

Great venue and great folks. It was a pleasure to see "old" friends and to meet some "new" faces!

Yes the waitress was happy I gave her $20 at the first of the evening to keep my glass full. Then a $10 tip at the end. If Dallas had been there she would have invited her to join us after the party.

Many thanks to CK and Genesis for making this happen. It was a pleasure to see a familiar face or two and to meet some really cool folks. Hoping we can do it again in the somewhat near future.
