Providers reviews
I hope this is the place for this. When I go to the providers site at the bottom there is a list of reviews. I wonder who determines which reviews are listed. Can a provider pick and choose which review is in the list?
When a provider quits or retires or what ever and I have reviewed her will my number of reviews be deleted?

Just look at providers who have undergone a name change, you will see that the reviews they had previously will still be there, and astericks will be where they're old handle once was. The reviewer will still be listed, but the providers name will no longer appear. My own observations.....

I have submitted more that 13 reviews I think it should be 15 but a provider retired so I lost two reviews. I have not run across a provider that has changed handles so I have no way of knowing about that.
Nicolet where have I gone wrong it not seeing you????

I am not sure what you are calling the provider's site.
The reviews listed in her profile are linked by staff. She has no option there.
Reviews in her showcase are linked by the provider.

Her profile
Sorry I was in fact speaking of her profile. What criteria do you use to determine which review to post on her profile? A provider may have 30 reviews but the profile shows only two. When a provider I had given high praise to retired I lost those reviews in my review count. I am not bitching about it I just wanted to understand the procedure.

We do strive to make sure of the lady being reviewed when assigning the reviews. Occasionally, mistakes are made. When that mistake is pointed out to us, we go back and correct it.
This is just one of the reasons why it is important for all the fields to be filled out. Each additional piece of information helps us to get the review correctly assigned. When a reviewer neglects to put all the available contact information in, i.e.,phone number, email address, website, etc, it makes it difficult to make sure that the review is correctly assigned.
And as to why you have lost two reviews, if you will send me a PM with the lady's name, I will look into it for you.
