Not to hijack the thread, but Ginger has a good point. If you can put your treadmill in front of the TV, and watch your favorite shows while on the treadmill, you'll get more time in!
And to be on-topic, I find that a woman's hair/nails are part of a general package. While I don't look specifically for them, if they're unkempt, my experience is the rest of the package may have been neglected, too.
