the article said "many" not all were illegal.. ergo: citizens did protest
no matter ... having witnesses, and documented footage of the "terrorists" breaking the law, the homeowner didn't press any charges. Apparently JD is overwhelmed, and the person who was terrorized isnt

About five years ago there was a protest rally in downtown Kansas City. The newspaper said about 2500 people were there and so was I. The local talk radio host was broadcasting from there. I had several people come up to me and say that their were illegally here. One young lady (very fuckable) was in the face of anyone she thought opposed her and challenged them to arrest her. You have to ask yourself (and the police department I suppose) why they didn't arrest any of them. There was one heated moment that I witnessed where a citizen was carrying a sign opposing illegal immigration and he was approached by about six men wearing Che t-shirts who grabbed his sign and forced him across the street. When he tried to come back the police stepped in and escorted him away. Once again, you have to ask the police why this happened.

Hey, CBJ7, please quote the law that says someone has to press charges before the police are allowed to investigate alleged criminal activity. I'd like to see it.
Hey, it should be easy. I challenged Timmy on a Miranda issue, and he found and quoted the law. Are you stupider than Timmy? (Sorry, that was rhetorical.)
So please, just find the law that says police must wait for someone to press charges before investigating a crime. I'm looking forward it!

And I challenged you on Nixon's impeachment. And President Obama's slaughter of 4,000 innocent children.
You're so full of shit, your eyes are brown!

cops can INVESTIGATE until the drop in their tracks ... but as usual, youre an idiot.
I ask WHY no charges have been filed .. there were witnesses, documented tapes ... NO CHARGES HAVE BEEN FILED ... WHY?

No, you said someone had to press charges before the police can investigate. Read your own posts. I just wanted to know the legal basis you had to make that statement. Please provide the statute or case law that supports what you said. If I'm wrong, I'll admit it, just like I did with Timmy.
I'm waiting.
