The War on Terror is a perfect fit for Hanoi COGS typical mode of operation. He is custom made for the task! He can first bitch and moan about the lack of coordination by the government to prevent the initial Terrorist attack. Once he has a belly full of bitching and moaning about the governments lack of preparation, he can then shift his focus and start bitching and moaning endlessly about steps taken by the government to stop future attacks. It is even better if it covers more than one Administration, especially if it also covers more than one political party. That opens it up for him to bitch and moan about his favorite topic to bitch about, that being, it doesn't matter which party is in charge it is still not going to be done to his satisfaction (if there even is such of a thing as doing something to Hanoi COG's satisfaction).
Non stop, Anti-American bitching and moaning is what Hanoi COG is all about! I recall when Jane Fonda used to do the same thing. Fortunately, she eventually became an adult! Hanoi COG seems perfectly satisfied to be:
