I suspect the Law itself will be put on trial. Perhaps any punishment that a conviction would bring will be deemed much to harsh by many who fail to see any crime at all.

And of course, it will also become a carnival, with all the usual suspects claiming that this is really an attack on the Lesbian Lifestyle.

We all like to think of a child molester as some man preying on children, not a cute girl who just happened to fuck another girl 3 years her junior.

Bottom line: A minor is a minor! Sexual orientation doesn't enter into the equation.

This case may be decided by what is called sex. Like in Washington DC when congressman Jerry Studds walked free. The law defined statutory rape as when an older MAN has sex with a underage GIRL. There was no provision for an underage boy so Studds walked free.
