all I can do is to google USDA pork regulations and then beef because I cannot of anything differently, I am sure there are some

now if anybody would like some omasum tripe for your Memorial Day picnic, pm me

Thanks, but no thanks. I believe I will pass on the cow stomach for now, but thank you very much for offering. Offal can be tasty, if prepared properly, but I'm not a big fan of it. Just my personal taste.
