Honestly burial at sea is a good solution. That or an unmarked grave. I have a feeling it would be defaced or even robbed if it's traditional grave.

Take him and a large wood chipper out to sea. Strap him on a board and run him through so the fish could have a bite to eat and no one could argue as what flag the body should be wrapped in.
