I agree wholeheartedly, a 90 min or two hour appt is much preferred. Haven't done a cost effectiveness analysis, but as long as the rate isn't more than twice the 1 hour rate, I'll usually book the longer appt because it IS more relaxed and satisfying.
I just don't like "forced" minimums invoked, even if its for an appointment length I would have chosen anyway, since it eliminates my "choice" in the matter
