What I meant was that you're likely to see all sorts of cheap crap in license plate frames every day, not specific mentions of "terroristas."
But as ExNYer noted earlier, the term is apparently fairly familiar to those whose musical tastes involve stuff that's unfamiliar to old-timers like me and many of the rest of us who participate in this forum.
In fact, it's apparently used by some to refer to their "homies" or "bros."
