I asked this question in another thread, but will the State of Mass get to file murder charges against the younger brother for killing his older brother? And would it not be a capitol crime since the killing occured during the commission of another crime?

I think that would be classic.

I think that would be classic.

Knowing Mass they probably want to rehabilitate him and get him back on the streets and on the welfare teat as fast as possible. Best we leave it to ol Hussein Obama and his General Holder so the rest of the tax payers can provide him 3 hots a day and a Playstation for the next 60 years.

It was not a claim, it was an opinion. Feel free to provide a link from any Massachusetts law enforcement agency that claims that they are going to do anything to this muslim. I can't even find where Boston has filed a single charge. Not even trespassing...

I suspect "Mass" will not let him out of the clink (to go on welfare) anytime soon! He will have a very long time behind bars, if "Mass" has anything to say about it!

If you think prison is welfare then it is correct.If they execute him you are not.
